Check in Procedure
We are flexible with our check in times and we will contact you in advance to arrange a time that suits you, we can then make sure we are at the apartment upon your arrival. However if your arrival time is unknown or later than our usual check in times we will send you clear instructions on how to 'self check in'.
Booking Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation - Payment is taken in full upon booking however if cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival we will issue a full refund. If cancelled up to 7 days prior to your stay we will issue a 50% refund. If we do not receive notice of cancellation after these times then no refund will be given.
- We do not accept all male or all female groups unless agreed prior to your stay. We do not accept stag and hen parties.
- We do not accept any disturbance to others and ask you to respect the people living nearby the apartment especially between the hours of 10.30pm - 7.30am
- We do not allow parties in the apartment or people staying who are not part of the original group of guests at the time of booking.
- We are a NO SMOKING apartment (including the back yard) which belongs to the property above us.
- Any damage to the property and extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the credit card used to secure the booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel your stay with immediate affect without refund if any of the above are not adhered to. We will charge the debit card used upon booking the apartment if any charges occur.
- We have a minimum stay policy over weekends, bank holidays and special York based events held throughout the year.
